Bookings & Travel Itinerary Changes
Unless otherwise and specifically noted, all bookings made through holidaybirds are final and non-refundable. Once the booking is completed through our services, it is considered complete and final.
If you find you need to make changes to the bookings you made through us, you must be in direct contact with your destination hotel, transportation service (such as the specific airline you will travel through), or other travel activity entity. Changes are not guaranteed, and depend on the availability of the hotel, transportation service or activity entity manager. If a full or partial refund is given by the destination hotel, transportation service or travel activity entity, there will not be a refund of booking fees from holidaybirds.
What to Expect in India
The first payment made on HolidayBird’s website includes a booking fee and either a deposit or the full price of all travel plans. The charges are applied to the card you use immediately and are non-refundable by holidaybirds. If only a deposit is paid for the bookings, please be aware you will be responsible for paying the balance of the booking fees upon arrival in local currency or with a credit card.
Cancellations & Refunds
Upon payment to holidaybirds, you will receive a detailed receipt with a receipt identification number or code. Save this information to your computer and print it out for future reference. Because full and/or partial refunds are not available through holidaybirds, you will need to reference this information when in correspondence with your destination hotel, transportation service or travel activity entity.
Refunds for cancellations are fully dependent on the destination hotel’s, transportation service’s or travel activity entity’s terms and conditions. Refunds for booking fees and non-refundable deposits are not available.
Cancellations may be made through holidaybirds, though fees may apply depending on the terms and conditions of the end entity. In general, a cancellation made more than 24 hours in advance carries no extra fees, cancellations made within 24 hours will charge a partial fee of the total cost, and when no cancellation notice is given, you may be responsible for the full fee.
