1. Bagore Ki Haveli –

With its stone for construction laid by Amir Chand Badwa in the late 18th century, the Bagore ki Haveli is a picturesque spot that is situated on the bank of Lake Pichola. In the past, it was popular due to being the abode of Maharana Shakti Singh of Bagore. Five years after the restoration work was completed, this Haveli was preserved as a museum with its interiors giving a quick peek into the historic world of Rajasthan’s royals. There are 100+ rooms in the Haveli and the interiors are well-decorated with beautiful mirror work. As per the display in the museum, there are paintings, costumes, and crafts from the times when Rajasthan was under various Kings and Queens.

2. SajjanGarh Palace –

The royal family of Mewar’s abode during the monsoon season, the Sajjan Garh Palace or the Monsoon Palace of Udaipur is the best spot to see the sunset on the evening. The palace has also been featured in the James Bond movie, Octopussy. It is now under the government’s hands and not well maintained at all, but still a must visit place for its natural surroundings.

3. Udaipur Ropeway –

Ropeway in Udaipur has become one of the most important tourist destinations in such a less time, since its introduction in 2008. It is installed between two mountains along the bank of Lake Pichola. The view from the top is breathtaking and perfect for pictures. Also, the greenery of Aravali hills along with setting red sun makes a perfect moment to capture.

It’s the best tourist destination when it comes to the amalgamation of heritage and authenticity of cultures. Being the largest palace complex in Rajasthan it has hotels, museum, and much more.

6. Shilpgram –

In 1986, the government set up a craftsmen’s village or Shilpgram near Udaipur. It’s a rural art and craft complex that showcases the life of old-age Rajasthan, Goa, Maharashtra and Gujarat. There are huts that represent each of these states and the artists perform folk dances of their state there. One can also shop clothes, handicrafts and more or go for a camel or horse ride there.

7. Jagdish Temple –
